The following documents present the results of the summative content analysis. They regroup all coded speech segments according to their respective authority types and indicators. Their purpose is to report frequency counts for each authority type and indicator, in order to identify the relative emphasis placed across indicators and types. These documents constitute the empirical basis for the Python-based extraction, which generated the Excel-files used to reveal dominant patterns and their interconnections.

All segments are sorted by indicator and organised chronologically, from the most recent speeches to the oldest.
